📢 Update from HareDale Markets
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to close our Winchester market due to lower than expected customer attendance.
We want to say a big thank you to everyone who supported us, including our traders and those who came along — your support is always appreciated.
We are now focusing on developing new market opportunities in the following areas:
📍 Salisbury
📍 Alton
📍 Andover
📍 Eastleigh
Our aim is to build stronger, busier community markets in locations with higher engagement, supporting local businesses, traders, and the wider community.
If you are a trader or know of a suitable venue in any of these areas, we would love to hear from you.
Please get in touch or follow us for updates on upcoming market locations.
Snowdonia for Science
Snowdonia For Science is a charity walk in aid of prostate cancer research. This annual event see many climbers, armatures and vetrents climb Snowdon to raise money for the research in diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
People from the hospital I also work at are taking the challenge and walking the mountain to raise funds for people who are struggling with prostate cancer.
What we ask of you?
During all of our indoor markets there will be a collection to sponsor us and all of the money raised with our tea and coffee sales will be donated to the prostate cancer research charity.
For more information please see the charity page located above or use the "Get involved" button below.
HareDale News
Over the past year we have seen significant increases in inflation, supplier prices, fuel costs and general operating expenses. As a small business, we have done everything we can to absorb these rising costs without passing them on to our customers and stall holders.
Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable. In order to continue providing the same level of quality, facilities and organisation for our markets, we will be making a small adjustment to our stall holder fees.
From our April markets onwards, there will be an increase to stall holder fees. This change will help us keep up with rising supplier costs and the general costs involved in running and hosting our events.
We truly value the amazing community of traders and small businesses that make our markets what they are. Your continued support, understanding and participation mean a great deal to us, and we look forward to continuing to grow our markets together.
About HareDale Services
The HareDale idea was grow from personal experiences with Landlords, agents and property developers. While having problems with trying to get the right person for the rights job and then needing someone else to fix a problem before that person could complete their work, I found that the need for someone who can fix most things all in one place would have helped. Even if they can not fix it themselves but who would know a trades person who can fix what they can not would have taken the stress out of the problem. Additionally, with that and the constant need to keep landlords and agents happy really lowered my mental health. So therefore, I am excited to build a business that takes that stress and puts it to work. We find new trades people who can work together to fix all of your problems no matter what size or shape they are. All the work out be put onto one bill not loads of little bills that you struggle to keep on top of.
In addition to this service, HareDale can support with clearances and selling items that you no longer need or want. Please see our services page for more information.
Just recently, we are moving into events management as we again have seen a need that people want but are not able to have. This is having a space to sell your items without having to send them off and hope that the person will not make a claim that you did not send it. I have know many people, resellers and people struggling to get by having this done to them. For this reason we are starting up in 2026 an indoor market for everyone.

In the competitive world of sales, offering a reliable service is paramount for building trust and fostering long-lasting relationships with customers. A dependable service not only meets the expectations of clients but often exceeds them, creating a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals. By prioritising these aspects, sales professionals can establish a reputation for excellence that ultimately leads to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Variety of Services
Great service in the context of sales and gardening is essential for fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction. When a customer walks into a garden centre, they should be greeted by knowledgeable staff who can provide expert advice on everything from plant selection to pest control. A memorable shopping experience is not just about the products offered, but the interaction customers have with the team. Whether it’s a friendly conversation about the best flowers for a shady spot or timely assistance with carriage of heavy items, great service creates a lasting impression that encourages repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations in the vibrant gardening community.
