Indoor Car Boot Stall Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
1.1 All market stall bookings must be submitted via the official booking form or approved booking method.
1.2 A booking is not confirmed until full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received, and written confirmation has been issued.
1.3 Stall allocations are made at the discretion of HareDale Services and may vary depending on event layout and operational requirements.
2. Payments
2.1 Stall fees must be paid before the market event begins to confirm the booking.
2.2 Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the stall being released and offered to another trader.
2.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
3. Trader Responsibilities
3.1 Traders must provide accurate information about the goods and services they intend to sell.
3.2 Traders are responsible for ensuring they hold all relevant licenses, insurance, and certifications required by law.
3.3 Public Liability Insurance (minimum cover as specified by HareDale Services) must be provided prior to the event.
3.4 Traders must comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and professional stall environment.
3.5 Traders are responsible for their own equipment, stock, and personal belongings.
4. Set-Up and Breakdown
4.1 Traders must arrive within the allocated set-up time provided prior to the event.
4.2 Early breakdown of stalls before the official event closing time is not permitted without prior approval.
4.3 Traders must leave their allocated space clean, tidy, and free of waste.
5. Cancellations by Traders
5.1 If a trader cancels their booking, stall fees are non-refundable.
5.2 If a trader fails to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued and future bookings may be declined.
6. Event Cancellation or Changes by HareDale Services
6.1 HareDale Services reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend an event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, low attendance, or unforeseen operational issues.
6.2 HareDale Services reserves the right to cancel an event within 24 hours of the event taking place if necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
6.3 In the event of cancellation by HareDale Services, traders will be offered either:
- A transfer of their booking to a future event date; or
- A refund of the stall fee (excluding any non-recoverable administrative costs, where applicable).
6.4 HareDale Services shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by traders, including travel, stock, staffing, or accommodation expenses.
7. Conduct
7.1 HareDale Services reserves the right to refuse or remove any trader whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in line with event standards.
7.2 No offensive, illegal, or counterfeit goods may be sold.
7.3 Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal without refund.
8. Liability
8.1 HareDale Services accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to trader property.
8.2 Traders participate at their own risk and must ensure they have appropriate insurance cover.

HareDale Services – Terms & Conditions of Service
1. General
By booking or using any service provided by HareDale Services, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
HareDale Services reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services Provided
HareDale Services offers a range of services including, but not limited to:
- Gardening and garden maintenance
- Jet washing
- Property clearances
- Recycling and resale services
- Courier services
- Indoor markets and event services
- Sales and online selling
- Soft landscaping
- Third-party subcontracted services
Services may vary depending on availability and location.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change if:
- Additional work is requested
- The condition of the property or items differs from what was described
- Access issues delay or affect the work
- Materials or disposal costs increase
Customers will be informed where possible before additional charges are applied.
4. Payments
Payment is due within the agreed timeframe stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
HareDale Services reserves the right to:
- Request deposits before work begins
- Refuse or suspend services for unpaid invoices
- Charge late payment fees where necessary
Ownership of goods supplied remains with HareDale Services until payment has been received in full.
5. Clearances & Recycling
Where customers choose the “recycle and resale” option:
- HareDale Services may remove, repair, recycle, reuse, or resell items collected.
- This service may be offered at a reduced cost compared to full disposal services.
Where items are requested to be disposed of and not reused, additional disposal charges may apply.
Customers confirm they have legal ownership or permission for any items removed.
6. Gardening & Outdoor Services
Customers must ensure:
- Safe and reasonable access to the property
- Pets are secured where necessary
- Hazardous materials or unsafe conditions are disclosed before work begins
HareDale Services will not be held responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Underground pipes, cables, or hidden hazards not disclosed
- Weather-related delays
7. Subcontracted Services
Some services may be carried out by approved third-party contractors or business partners.
Where subcontractors are used:
- HareDale Services acts as the booking and coordination service.
- The subcontractor remains responsible for carrying out their own works safely and professionally.
- HareDale Services is not liable for independent contractor business operations or insurance coverage.
8. Insurance & Liability
HareDale Services holds appropriate insurance for services directly carried out by HareDale Services.
Customers acknowledge that:
- HareDale Services shall not be liable for indirect losses, unforeseen damages, or delays outside of reasonable control.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring valuable or fragile items are protected or removed before work begins.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice.
HareDale Services reserves the right to charge cancellation fees where:
- Significant preparation has taken place
- Materials have been purchased
- Short-notice cancellations prevent rebooking
10. Access & Refusal of Service
HareDale Services reserves the right to refuse, stop, or suspend services where:
- Conditions are unsafe
- Abuse or threatening behaviour occurs
- Access is restricted
- Payment agreements are not met
11. Photography & Marketing
HareDale Services may take photographs of completed works, recycled items, or projects for marketing and social media purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing.
No personal information or identifiable addresses will be shared without permission.
12. Complaints
Any complaints must be raised as soon as reasonably possible so that HareDale Services has the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue fairly.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, or using HareDale Services, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
